I am Agnė Klevas, an independent real estate consultant. For more than 23 years, I have worked in premium real estate — not as a broker, but creating and managing projects from the developer’s side.

Is this a brokerage service?
No. I work as an independent real estate consultant, not as a broker, representing your interests as a buyer or home creator. My goal is a well-founded decision, not a sales transaction.
When is the best time to contact me?
Ideally, before making the final decision. However, a consultation can also be useful after you have selected a property, started construction or encountered questions during the process.
Is one consultation enough?
If you have a specific question, a one-off consultation of up to 90 minutes is possible. If you need broader support throughout the process, we discuss the most appropriate scope of cooperation individually.
Can the consultation be remote?
Yes. A one-off consultation can take place in person or remotely. We agree on the format according to your situation and the purpose of the consultation.
Does the consultation replace specialist services?
Consultations and recommendations are provided from a practical real estate expert’s perspective. They do not replace legal, technical supervision, design or other specialist services. Where necessary, consultation with the relevant specialist is recommended.
